The app operates entirely on your local machine:
- No analytics — We do not track app usage, feature engagement, or user behavior
- No telemetry — We do not send crash reports or diagnostic data
- No network requests — Tracks does not connect to our servers or any third-party services
- No account required — You do not need to create an account or sign in
Local Data Access
Tracks accesses the following data on your computer, which never leaves your device:
- Git repositories — Tracks reads your local Git repository data (commits, branches, tags, and file change information) to display the visual graph
- File system — Tracks accesses directories you explicitly open to locate and read Git repositories
This data is processed locally and is never transmitted anywhere.
Third-Party Services
Tracks does not integrate with or send data to any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
